Provider Requirements
Every provider is reviewed and approved by our team before receiving dispatched jobs. Applying does not grant dashboard access until approval is complete.
Active commercial insurance
General liability and, for towing, on-hook/garage keepers coverage. Certificate of insurance required before activation.
Business or operator licensing
Valid state/local licensing for the services you perform, plus valid driver's licenses for all drivers.
Completed W-9
Required for payouts. Individual providers and companies are both welcome.
Proper equipment
Service-appropriate tools and vehicles — jump packs, air, fuel cans, lockout kits, tow/wrecker gear, safety cones and lighting.
Response time commitment
Accept or decline dispatch offers quickly and hold a realistic ETA for your coverage area.
Professional conduct
Clean, presentable vehicle and appearance, safe roadside practices, and courteous customer communication.
