These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by RANIT LLC dba Roadside Assistance Now in Texas ("RANIT," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dispatch platform, membership programs, and SMS notifications. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

RANIT provides 24/7 mobile roadside assistance dispatch in Texas, including tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and related services. Service availability, pricing, and ETAs depend on location, demand, and provider availability. We do not provide towing services.

Membership

Membership benefits, pricing, and renewal terms are described at checkout. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting customer support.

Payment

You agree to pay all charges for services and memberships at the prices in effect when incurred. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors.

Program Name

RANIT Roadside SMS Alerts

Program Description

With explicit SMS consent, customers may receive transactional messages from RANIT LLC / RANIT Roadside about their roadside assistance request: service confirmations, technician assignment and dispatch notifications, ETA, en-route and arrival updates, payment links and payment/service updates, customer support, service completion or cancellation messages, and service-related review requests. This program does not obtain marketing consent.

Calling and SMS Numbers

Customer calls: 832-280-6473. Intended SMS sending number: 346-656-4694, subject to confirmation in Twilio. The customer calling number is separate from the intended SMS sending number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and service requests.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

Where supported by our messaging provider, reply START to resubscribe after opting out. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service request or prevent applicable email notifications.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at 832-280-6473 or tono@ranitroadside.com. HELP is a support keyword and does not grant SMS consent.

Consent

SMS consent requires affirmatively selecting an optional, unchecked-by-default website SMS consent checkbox, or explicitly agreeing verbally after the SMS disclosure during a phone call. Simply providing a phone number, calling RANIT, requesting service, or accepting these general Terms does not constitute SMS consent. No, unclear, or missing consent means no customer SMS authorization. Consent is not a condition of purchase; service remains available without SMS consent.

Delivery and Carrier Limitations

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information about consent records and service-related data use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RANIT's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
