Heavy Duty Jump Start Service Houston TX

Diesel rig or commercial truck won't crank in Houston, Channelview, or Stafford? Our heavy-duty jump start techs roll out with the boosters and cabling required for 24-volt and dual-battery setups.

Open 24/7 Licensed & Insured Local Houston Dispatch

A passenger car booster will not start a Class 8 truck. Heavy-duty diesel engines pull hundreds of cranking amps, and most are wired across two or four batteries in parallel/series. We dispatch the right equipment for the job — full-size commercial jump units, 24V-capable boosters, and proper-gauge cabling — so we get you cranked on the first try without smoking out a portable battery pack.

Our heavy-duty jump start service runs 24/7 across the Houston metro including Channelview, Stafford, Sugar Land, Katy, Missouri City, Pearland, and the surrounding industrial corridors.

Have this ready when you call

  • Your exact location — cross street, mile marker, garage level, or a shared GPS pin
  • Year, make, model and color of the vehicle
  • What is happening: won't crank, flat tire, keys locked inside, out of fuel
  • Tire size or spare availability for tire calls
  • Unit number, trailer status and fault details for commercial vehicles
  • A phone number the technician can reach you on

Staying safe while you wait

If you are on a freeway shoulder, get the vehicle as far right as you safely can, turn on your hazards, and stay buckled inside with the doors locked rather than standing in traffic. Texas law asks drivers to move over or slow down for stopped service vehicles, but never assume they will.

If anyone is injured, if a person or pet is locked inside a hot vehicle, or if the vehicle is in an unsafe position in live traffic, call 911 first. Emergency responders come before roadside assistance — tell our dispatcher as well so we can prioritise the call.

Heavy-duty jump start scenarios we handle

Sleeper-cab batteries drained overnight at a truck stop off I-10 or I-45. Reefer units that drained the tractor batteries. Cold-start failures on diesel rigs that sat all weekend in a Channelview yard. Fleet trucks at warehouse loading docks in Stafford and Sugar Land that need a jump before a driver can roll. DPF regen failures combined with low battery state.

We don't carry parts for full electrical diagnostics, but we will check alternator charging output once we get you running so you know whether you'll need a shop visit before your next start.

Why we charge heavy-duty rates

Heavy-duty jump trucks cost more to operate, the equipment to crank a Class 8 diesel is dramatically more expensive than passenger gear, and the time on scene is typically longer because we have to safely access multiple batteries and verify charging. $150 flat for a heavy-duty jump is well below market for the Houston metro.

If you're a fleet with multiple trucks running through the same yards, ask about our membership program for priority dispatch and recurring-account pricing.
